Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. Friday and Saturday and Single Room supplements apply. Supplements apply for upgraded rooms - from £25 per night. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking, non-refundable and non-transferable. Valid to use Monday to Thursday. A member of the resort reservations team will contact upon booking to book treatment times and treatment choices. This voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. Please note that all advertised treatment times include a period of consultation. Treatment choices are set and cannot be modified unless for medical reasons (covering pregnancy and those diagnosed with cancer) whereby a facial would be performed as an alternative, please notify our spa team prior to booking.

*Access to the indoor pool and fitness suite should be booked with hotel reception on arrival at the resort.

To redeem vouchers, a physical copy of a voucher must be shown.
