Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Voucher is valid 12 months from purchase and is for Sunday to Thursday stays only. Weekends can be accepted but the guest must pay a supplement fee, please contact reservations department for seasonal supplements. The voucher is valid for two guests sharing a double/twin room. Voucher is not redeemable against any other package. Voucher is non-refundable once purchased. Dinner is served in the Fairway Grill and each guest will have £25 per person allocation towards the A la Carte Menu. Please advise reservations if you are pregnant or receiving medical treatment which may impact treatments being performed.
