1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Treatment choices are set and cannot be modified unless for medical reasons (covering pregnancy and those diagnosed with cancer) whereby a facial would be performed as an alternative, please notify our spa team prior to booking. The spa is available to those aged 16 and over. Max group size 8 people. For groups over 8 please contact our spa reservations team direct for a tailor-made package. Bookings have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before arrival to receive a full refund.
